MUSLIM MAN SLITS HIS 4-YR-OLD DAUGHTER’S THROAT TO APPEASE ALLAH DURING RAMADAN












 A man has confessed to slitting his four-year-old daughter’s throat in a sacrifice to God during Ramadan.

He says he was possessed by the
devil at the time and, to be free, he had to sacrifice his most prized possession to Allah.



26-year-old Nawab Ali Qureshi previously denied killing Rizwana and accused a family cat of being responsible,

 according to Times of India. But he reportedly admitted to the murder on Friday, claiming he had been possessed by a devil and “I had to offer my most prized possession to Allah”.


Qureshi had apparently recited passages from the Koran before killing his daughter in Jodhpur, India, the Indian Express reported. He was said to have confessed after his wife Shabana went to the police and accused him of murder after finding their daughter dead at around 3am.

Qureshi, a meat shop owner, reportedly said: “I am a devout Muslim and love my daughter more than my life. For several days she was at her grandmother’s place and returned on Thursday. I took her to the marketplace and bought sweetmeats and fruits. In the night I took her to the courtyard downstairs, recited a kalima, killed her, and then went back to sleep upstairs.”

A fuel tanker caught fire on Otedola Bridge outward Lagos on Thursday evening.
